deep site representing properties
all across the world. Go to
www.SearchEurope.com will give
you greater access to the European
market. Needless to say, buying
international properties requires
many special skill sets, from
understanding the rules of ownership
in that country, to translating
legal documents to the language of
the parties transacting, to
converting funds and transferring
funds from one country to another.
This is why we have developed liaisons with specialty companies
that just do international
transactions and have the language
and legal departments that
international transactions require.
We also co-broke with other agencies
in the Sotheby's referral network,
offering a qualified system of
licensed agencies and brokers
throughout the world for a higher
level of transaction safety.
